At our client, a travel agency, invoicing was done using a Word document which a friend had designed for the business owner when he started off the business. Invoices were created on this Word Template, printed and sent to clients. Sometimes, the accountant would override a past invoice and create a new one, thereby losing a trail of all invoices.
